 Chest Day

Mondays are like Universal Chest Day. You just can not skip a chest day. Chest workouts are most effective when it comes to increasing strength of your body andgetting your body a better posture. 

1)      Inclined bench press

















2)      Flat bench press















3)      Decline bench press













4)      Pectoral fly



















5)      50 Push ups














    Use moderate weights. We are bodybuilders not weightlifters. Our aim should be to build muscle and for that right form is very important.
