A good back makes you look broad. Your back plays a huge role in your entire body functions.

Some back exercises are

1)      Pull ups





















2)      Lateral Pull Down














3)      Rowing





4)      Pull Down(Backside)
















5)      Close Grip Pull down
















Don't go too heavy. Use moderte weights. Pay full attention on your form. The form should be right.
